Grown up at Four, and Old at Six

What a busy few months.  I enjoyed the Convention, Sea World and Wonderworks in Orlando, a cruise to Cozumel, Grand Cayman, and Jamaica, and several trips in Florida to see family.

In September we went to a laser show at the Museum of Science and History (MOSH) and I snuggled with a boy I met there.  I started swim class and am learning ballet and tap steps.

Here are a few of the things I said that made my parents laugh:

"Let's play Mary Poplins (Mary Poppins).  You pretend you're Rideabikes (Michael Banks) and I'll be your sister Jane Bikes (Jane Banks).  Daddy, you be Bird (Burt)."

"Baby is chubby.  He has chubby cheeks like the munchkins in the movie."  (Chipmunks movie)

As we were going to the beach, Mom told Dad we needed to go to one with a bathroom. I had a simpler solution.  "We can pee in the sea!"

I was pretending to drive Dad's red car and be Dad and said, "I go to work and work on my computer and I drive there with my filthy hands!"  Another time Mom was driving and got mad at someone and I said, "Those people are grown ups but they can't drive, right Mom?"  She asked me later what I will do when I grow up and I said, "Be nice to kids and drive properly."

At the convention, during a talk, Mom whispered to ask me if I wanted to walk around or sleep.  I yelled nice and loud, "I want to sleep around!  Sleep around!"

I can describe the Ten Plagues from the Bible.  I also make up songs to Jehovah like "I don't want animals to my god, just you!"

Mom and I built a fort and a palm tree at the Village Inn Christmas Day 2014.

A "Special Day" - Mom and Dad took me for breakfast at the Metro Diner before school

Visiting my Asaro Uncles 2014

I told Mom to take this picture as we left the library, because I would "never see this puppy ever again."

The Great Candy Run 5k.  Mom huffed and puffed while I screamed "Faster, Mommy!  Faster!  We have to win!"

Face Palm

We found all these fossils at the zoo.  Off the beaten path.

Dressing up for my wedding day, when I marry baby Atlas.  "One day baby will be big and he will be a Daddy.  I will marry him.  I will wait for him because he's my favorite boy.  We will have babies, one boy and one girl named Vie and baby Atlas.  You (Mommy) will be a Grandma and then you will die.  When you are six."  Mom says maybe she will be more like 80.  So I say, "Eighty-nine".  We agree.

About to row through the swamp with Uncle Mark.

I love smashing mushrooms

So there was this little puppy toy I loved.  One day I was sitting playing with it, and then I bit it.  The body shattered and I was so sad.  Mommy kept the head and made a body out of construction paper for it.

At "the upside down place", the Wonderworks in Orlando, October 2014.

On October 31, 2014, I made up my first knock knock joke.  Knock Knock, who's there, Apple.  Apple who?  Car.  Hahahaha.

I'm pretty big on status.  You have to be nice to me to be my rocket star, and "only rocket stars can share my donuts".

I was pretending to be a doctor with Mommy and said "You have a baby in your belly.  I'm going to cut your throat, a little bit.  It will make it easier for the baby to come out."  Mom would not hold still.

I'm growing up quickly.  A few things I've said on that topic:

Me: I'm three.  Almost four.
Mom:  When will you be four?
Me: in March or April
Mom: March
Me: March or April
Mom: March
Me: I don't know

and also

"My Grandma is very old.  She is six and then she will die.  My mom is four.  I am almost four.  I will be a grown-up."
